Support

If you're struggling with a Lab and have been unable to find a solution after multiple attempts, we are here to help.

You can get in touch with the Support team for assistance by using our feedback forms.

Below are a few ways to get in touch with Support with the right information. In case you can't find the information you are looking for please use this Form to reach out to our Support team.

Contacting Support at the End of a Lab

The SecureFlag Platform provides an option to leave feedback at the end of every Lab. If the user gives less than five stars, a dialogue box will appear where detailed feedback can be provided. Our Support team will then promptly reach out to the user based on this feedback.

This allows users to share their challenges and experiences with our team and helps us provide support and address challenges in the right context.

Contacting Support Regarding a Completed Lab Session

Notes
Note: Please submit all Lab-related queries and feedback after completing a lab in the manner specified below. By following this process, you can get the help and support you need more quickly and effectively.

To Submit Queries and Feedback for a Past Lab Session

Step 4: Click the View Results button for the lab session you want to provide feedback for.

Step 5: This will open the lab results page. From here, click on the Give Feedback button.

You can also get in touch with the Support team for any non-lab-related queries related to any issues or questions you may have.
