LMS and SCORM

SecureFlag can integrate with existing LMS tools and environments using SCORM standards. You can use any of our existing learning paths, create your own custom learning paths, or combine multiple learning paths and download a single SCORM package to allow a larger selection for your team's training.

SCORM integration is available as an add-on to the Enterprise Plan. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to enable this feature.

Use Case

  1. Integrate SecureFlag into an existing LMS environment.
  2. Track user progress in either or both SecureFlag and your LMS tooling.
  3. Easily assign mandatory training
  4. Allow a larger selection for mandatory employee training relevant to each user.

Using an Existing Learning Path

Getting started with our catalog of existing Learning paths is straightforward.

From the Management Portal, navigate to the learning path you'd like to download the SCORM package for. On the same path, you'll see an option on the right side marked SCORM.

After selecting this, a download containing the SCORM archive will begin. This can immediately be uploaded to your LMS environment in a new or existing course.



Custom Learning Paths With SCORM

You can also download a SCORM package from one of your custom learning paths.



SCORM Multi Learning Path Pack

With SecureFlag, you get access to a multi-learning path pack. With a multi-learning path pack, you can bundle multiple learning paths into a single package. In your LMS, this will present users with the option of multiple different learning paths for them to choose the most relevant to them.

Step 1:

From the Learning Paths menu, click on the SCORM Package button.



Step 2:

A new window will appear to allow the selection of learning paths.
  1. Select as many as desired from the left side of the window using the Add button. You will see the added learning paths populate on the right side of the window.

  2. After you are happy with your selections, name your new Package with a relevant title.



  3. When you have selected all relevant paths and named your package, scroll down and select Generate SCORM Package.
