Purchasing Additional SMB Licenses
As your team grows, you can easily scale your SecureFlag training by adding new licenses directly from the management portal.
Prerequisites
You must have Organization Administrator credentials to manage billing and purchase licenses.
How to Purchase and Add an Additional License
Follow these steps to add a new license to your existing SecureFlag account:
- Sign In: Go to the Management Portal and sign in using your organization administrator credentials.
- Navigate to Subscription: Locate and click the Green Subscription button situated at the top of the page.
- Locate License Section: On the Subscription page, scroll to find the section labeled Purchase Additional Licenses.
- Complete the Purchase: Specify the number of additional licenses you want to purchase and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the payment process.
Once the purchase is finalized, your updated license count will be immediately available, allowing you to begin Adding New Users.
Pricing and Billing
To keep billing straightforward, the cost of any additional licenses is prorated from the exact date of purchase until your next subscription renewal date.
This ensures that you are only charged for the remaining time left in your current billing cycle. On your next renewal date, the new licenses will be included in your standard recurring subscription total.
