Restrict Content

You have the option to restrict access to labs. This feature can be accessed from the Orgs tab of the Management Interface.

Step 1: Navigate to the Orgs tab and click on the Details button of the org to which you would like to enable the lock.

Step 2: Click the Training Activities Locking tab, you will find two options:

Enabling the first lock will prevent users from running labs before completing any assigned training activities.
Enabling the second lock will prevent users from running labs when there are no assigned training activities.

Scenario-Based Access Control

Scenario 1: If you want your users to first complete all assigned activities and then have access to play any labs at leisure:
Enable the first lock only.

Scenario 2: If you want to restrict access to users to play only the activities assigned to them and no others:

Enable both first and second locks.
