Review Progress
The management interface provides essential metrics to evaluate the performance of your users. The metrics include Total Points acquired, Competency Score, Accuracy Score, Average Attempts to Correct Solution, Number of Run Labs, as well as Total Time spent on the platform.
Progress can be viewed at three levels: organization, team, and individual user.
The three data charts—Vulnerability Categories Metrics, Technology Metrics, and Difficulty Level Metrics—have a similar appearance across organizations, teams, and users. However, the data displayed reflects different levels of analysis: organization-wide, team-specific, and individual user level.Check Organization Progress

To access organizational level performance data, navigate to the Orgs tab and click on the Details button.
From this page, you can review all the Organization Metrics, which include:
- Competency Percentage
- Accuracy Percentage
- Run Labs
- Total Knowledge Base Articles/Videos
- Average Lab Time
- Total Lab Time
- Total Knowledge Base Time
- Average Number of Attempts to Achieve Correct Solution
Under each organization profile, you will find three charts followed by their respective data in a tabular format.
Two bar charts are presented, highlighting a timeline of the organization's performance in relation to vulnerability categories and technology stacks.
A radar chart highlights the organization's performance in relation to the Labs' difficulty levels. These three charts combined provide a detailed timeline to track an organization's progress.
Charts can be cycled through by clicking on the Competency, Run, and Time buttons found at the top-center of each chart.
The charts can be further customized to show users' progress over a period of 1 month, 3 months, or from a specific date till the current date. You can also download the chart data as a CSV file by clicking the Export button.
View Change in Performance
In addition to viewing the current metrics status, time periods can be adjusted to view metrics from previous dates and compare performance accordingly. Cycle through the time period using the buttons located above the tables. Pre-set options include Today, 1 month ago, 3 months ago and the option to select a specific date.
Once you select a time period, notice that the metrics under the Organization Metrics also indicate the change in percentage for each metric.
Check User Progress
To access your users' performance data, navigate to the Users tab and click on the Details button.
Note: To search for a specific user, you can use the multiple filters provided.From this page, you can review all of the user achievements, including trophies and certificates that the user has earned.

Check Team Progress
Similar to how the individual user performance data are available for each user, data is available for the administrator to view the progress of an entire team.
Navigate to the Teams tab and click on the Details button next to the team name.
The team details page opens, displaying the members of the team and their individual points next to their usernames, below which you will find the Team Metrics containing the Competency Score, Accuracy Score, Avg Attempts to Correct Solution, Number of Run Labs, Average time spent on a Lab exercise, as well as Total Time spent on the platform.
Under each Team profile, you will find three charts followed by their respective data in a tabular format.

A third radar chart highlights the team’s performance in relation to the Labs' difficulty levels. These three charts combined provide a detailed timeline to track the team’s progress. You can cycle through the different charts by clicking on the filter button.
The above mentioned charts can be cycled through by clicking on the Competency, Run, and Time buttons found on the top and center of each chart.
